The journey begins at our external Waiting Room. Once you clear the community criteria, you can sign up in the portal. After registration, two critical steps follow: first, a verification link is sent to your email to confirm identity. Second, your account enters a pending state; you cannot log in until a Super Admin grants approval. To speed this up, Super Admins are automatically notified via the system the moment a new member signs up, ensuring approvals are handled promptly.
Features 4 main tabs. Your dashboard shows your name, group, and join date. Track growth via Activity Tracker and Weekly Momentum (modules completed this week), alongside recent learning progress.
Access modules on specified dates. Super Admins set release/expiry dates; otherwise, content remains indefinitely. Streaming only—downloads are disabled. Progress in PDFs and Videos is saved automatically, allowing you to resume exactly where you left off.
Monitor your performance cycle by cycle. This space houses detailed metrics, tasks outcomes, and community standings to keep you aligned with group goals.
Receive real-time alerts for new uploads, content updates, community announcements, and your initial welcome message from the team.
Group Visibility
Leads see all members in their specific group but are restricted from others. Monitor individual and team-wide progress through the Team Directory tab.
Member Insights
Drill down into member profiles for full views of data and activity. The dashboard intelligently identifies active vs. inactive members at a glance.
Advanced Analytics
Track total users, active groups, and average completion. Graphs cover onboarding trends and group performance, plus role distribution pie charts.
Activity Logs
Audit the last 100 activities—logins, logouts, learning completions, and administrative approvals (with admin identification).
Member Management
Full control over accounts: view profiles, change roles (Member to Lead/Admin), and delete users.
Learning & Groups
Manage all groups and learning content. Edit configurations, set release times, and control specific team access.
Communications
Send custom announcements or meeting reminders to the whole community or selected teams.
